We are organizing a coordinated submission of BioMart papers to the journal DATABASE (
http://database.oxfordjournals.org/). The papers will be included in the BioMart "virtual issue". If you would like to submit a manuscript describing your own BioMart resource please contact me and we'll coordinate the submission process with you and inform you of all the details: expected format, deadlines etc. We would expect the first version of the draft papers to be ready by mid-February. Please note that DATABASE does not offer a discount for publication and that the process of peer review will be the same as for normal papers.
