Hi Bernd,
The name of the apache executable is a new one to me; I've seen
apache, apache2, and httpd, but never httpd2, which is why the demo
failed. The demo failing is not an issue, though I wonder if the
GBrowse httpd conf file was put in the right place. What is the name
of the apache conf (etc) directory? Is it /etc/httpd2? If so, I
don't think the installer will correctly guess that.
