[Gmod-ajax] Topoview plugin

vaneet

Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone had figured out how to port over the Topoview glyph and plugin from GBrowse or if there’s an equivalent way of plotting a 3D view of several BigWig files in one track?

Thanks,

Vaneet

Re: Topoview plugin

Colin
You could potentially check out the multibigwig plugin https://github.com/elsiklab/multibigwig

It doesn't have the same topoview effect, but it might be able to convey some of the same info
