[Gmod-ajax] VCF tracks - hide filtered by default?

Ben Bimber
Hello,

When showing a VCF track, you have the ability to toggle whether to show filtered sites or not - this is useful.  however, when i create this track is it possible to add sometihng to my track's JSON to alter the default state such that filtered sites are hidden?

Thanks,
Ben

Hi Ben,

In most cases selecting the 'edit config' track option will show you all of the configurable variables.  In the case of VCF you want to set the following when creating the track config:

{
  ...
  "hideNotFilterPass": 0,
  ...
}
