[Gmod-ajax] different color for the strands

kkarra@stanford.edu
Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to configure such that the features on W and C strands are in different colors (GFF, CanvasFeature type track) ?

Thanks,
-Kalpana

What NetFlow Analyzer can do for you? Monitors network bandwidth and traffic
patterns at an interface-level. Reveals which users, apps, and protocols are
consuming the most bandwidth. Provides multi-vendor support for NetFlow,
J-Flow, sFlow and other flows. Make informed decisions using capacity
planning reports. https://ad.doubleclick.net/ddm/clk/305295220;132659582;e

Maybe this will be helpful: customizing canvas features

You should be able get the strand with feature.get('strand').

Hi Kalpana,

You can take a look at the geneColor function in http://staging.wormbase.org/tools/genome/jbrowse/data/functions.conf to see how I do it for WormBase.
