[Gmod-tripal-devel] Bug report: Static URL for Features annotated via KEGG Annotation Server

Hi again Tripal Devs!

I would like to report a presumed bug.

So I am doing dev work on our Tripal site on a local server and then uploads a milestone to an Amazon instance.

I have noticed that, when browsing the features as accessed in "KEGG Analysis Reports", their URLs include the domain of the computer where the job was executed. For example, as can be seen in the picture below:

, for feature Sobic.004G133400.1 ,instead of the hyperlink pointing to the current domain hosting the Tripal site at 67.202.XXX.XXX , the domain of the local server is the one being pointed out by that feature.

Hi Abraham,

Thanks for pointing out the problem.  I will get it fixed and let you know when an update is available.  But, it will probably mean you will have to reparse your KEGG/KAAS results to remove the bad links.
