Hi Parul,
Sorry for the bug. Unfortunately with the development version we
sometimes have these. The problem is that Tripal cannot find Chado.
The error should not appear and I have made a change to the code that
will hopefully make that error go away. If you pull fresh from the
Tripal git repository you should pick up this change. Or, the message
will go away when Chado is installed

have Chado installed and you are still getting this message let me know
and I can look deeper.
