Having mutliple tracks in config/config.xml

kkarimi

Hi,

I am wondering how one can add multiple organism/track entries to WebApollo?

The following section uses a <tracks> tag, but there is no “<track>” tag for adding additional entries.

        <tracks>

                <refseqs>/data2/webapollo/Pyu/data/seq/refSeqs.json</refseqs>

                <annotation_track_name>Annotations</annotation_track_name>

                <organism>Pythium ultimum</organism>

                <sequence_type>sequence:contig</sequence_type>

                <translation_table>/config/translation_tables/ncbi_1_translation_table.txt</translation_table>

                <splice_sites>

                        <donor_site>GT</donor_site>

                        <acceptor_site>AG</acceptor_site>

                </splice_sites>

        </tracks>

Thanks.

Right now you can not (unless someone has figured out a workaround).   We are planning to release a heavily refactored Grails2.0 earlyish next year which will address this and many other issues.

In the interim, folks have created one WA instance per organism.
