How to remove track from organism?

Matthew Nicotra
Hi,

Is there a way to remove a track created with the "flatfile-to-json.pl" script from an organism in Apollo? The only info I could find about removing a track was for tracks that were added with the Web Services "addTrackToOrgansim".

Thanks,

Matt

You should be able to remove the entry from the trackList.json in the organism directory where the file is created.

No problem.

In the case (with newer Apollo) if you had uploaded it via in the interface, you could have removed it from the interface the same.
