We have not ported it to PBS or Torque. We were planning on it but then
other things got in the way. If you are willing to devote some time to it
we can point you to the part of the Workflow code that needs to be
developed. We were thinking that we would use DRMAA API to be agnostic to
other grid engines. So that may be a more generalizable way to do it.
Please let me know if you have interest in working on it. Depending on the
timing we might be able to participate in the process as well. It will be
a non-trivial process but easily doable.
