Is there a way to BLAST an input sequence against the visible sequences/models displayed in JBrowse within the browser page?  In GBrowse there was a plugin that did this using the AlignTwoSequnces.pm module.  I’m just wondering if anyone has figured out how to port this plugin to JBrowse or if there exists a way within JBrowse to setup this type of feature?
