Hi Dave and Nathan,

That's right: you can't change the keystyle when draggable tracks are
turned on; in fact, when draggable tracks are on, the radio buttons
for changing keystyle are grayed out (though I was able to change the
selection--perhaps we should make them inactive as well).

Interestingly, though, if I uncheck draggable tracks in the UI, it
doesn't seem to have any effect and the tracks remain draggable.
Sounds like a bug but I don't remember if there something about that
UI element that has unexpected attributes.

If I turn dragging off in the conf file, then changing keystyle works
as expected.
