Spontaneous "no drmaa in java.library.path" error?

Aaron Gussman
When attempting to re-run a pipeline I started getting "no drmaa in
java.library.path" errors.  I'm confused because there weren't any
changes to the environment from which I launched the pipeline.

First I ran a pipeline manually by running the
ergatis/scratch/scripts/pipeline.<id>.run.sh script from the
commandline.  It started successfully and ran but one of its SGE jobs
was killed and I had to kill the pipeline manually using KillWorkflow
(which I did from a different terminal window).  I went to re-run the
pipeline with the same script in the original terminal environment but
now it won't run.  In the pipeline.xml.run.out I get:

Config file not loaded

Nicolas Allias
I randomly get an error while cloning a pipeline : when opening a
component (for configuration), sometimes it tells that the configuration
file could not be load, this should not happen. Try again or contact
root@localhost...
Up to now, the best way I fix it is to reload the page :(
Any idea ?

Re: Config file not loaded

Can you check your apache logs and see what errors are present when this happens?  It's very strange that it can happen but then go away if you just reload the page.

As always, a simple reload helped me to go ahead.

Re: Config file not loaded

Nicolas Allias
Hi again,
Just got exactly the same matter on loading a template :

A component I intented to configure:
> Component configuration file not found. This shouldn't happen. Please
> try again or contact an administrator.
Fixed too by reloading the page. So, this doesn't happen only on a
cloning action but also with autoload_template.
Any idea or suppositions are welcome :-)

Re: Config file not loaded

Aaron Gussman
For what it's worth, I'm encountering the same issue as well.

When I clone a pipeline (or load from a template), there are missing
component.config files in the pipelines_building/<timestamp>/
directory.  Refreshing the page corrects the problem, presumably by
having the AJAX have another go at creating the config files.  For
very large pipelines I've had to refresh more than once, since not all
of the config files were (re)created on the second go-round.
