Verbose build

Paulo Nuin
Hi

We are trying to build a new release of WormMine and some stages of the build are quite time consuming and I would like to know if there’s a way to increase the level of verbosity of the ant steps. What we get now is the simple screen output with one line representing the current steps. I don’t know if there’s a way to increase the output in the build script options or somewhere else in ant options.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Paulo

Hi Paulo!

Here is the doc on the project_build script:

http://intermine.readthedocs.org/en/latest/database/database-building/build-script/

You should be able to set the -v flag to get verbose output.

Re: Verbose build

Paulo Nuin
Hi Julie

Thanks a lot.

Our bash build script uses already the -v option that is sent to ant, so that’s the highest level of verbosity that can be achieved?

Thanks a lot

Pauloo

Re: Verbose build

Julie Sullivan
Yes, that's it. It prints the output to the pbuild.log not the console
though. Look there?
