Webconfig Errr

Vallejos, Andrew

So close…RatMine is now working, assuming that I comment out all the widgets.

Here is the line from the Intermine.log file, I am not sure why it doesn’t like Gene…

18/11/10,08:58:31 WARN  org.intermine.web.logic.config.WebConfig     - Invalid web config. org.intermine.model.bio.Gene is not a valid class. Please correct the entry in the webconfig-model.xml for the chromosome_distribution widget.

Re: Webconfig Errr

Vallejos, Andrew

It throws the gene error for all widgets that have genes.  So right now the only widgets that I have up are protein only widgets.

The log file is also complaining about keys that are not in the model:

18/11/10,09:02:05 WARN  org.intermine.api.config.ClassKeyHelper     - problem loading class key:  for class SNP

18/11/10,09:02:05 WARN  org.intermine.api.config.ClassKeyHelper     - key defined for class 'SSLP' but class not found in model

18/11/10,09:02:05 WARN  org.intermine.api.config.ClassKeyHelper     - key defined for class 'ProbeSet' but class not found in model

18/11/10,09:02:05 WARN  org.intermine.api.config.ClassKeyHelper     - problem loading class key:  for class Transcript

These are obsolete classes, so should I be worried?

Do you have a gene entry in webconfig-model.xml?

I think the widgets don't handle inheritance correctly and need a gene entry in
the config.

That looks very much like there are entries in the class_keys.properties
file that are no longer valid.  I think the message is just a warning
but it would be better to delete them.

Richard.
