Xulong Wang
Given that GWAS category is now maintained by EBI, any plan to migrate the GWAS catalog into biomaRt database?

Hi,

there seems to be a version of biomart running at this location already (http://mart.gwascentral.org/biomart/martview/)
Not sure, how this relates to the EBI effort? You should probably contact these guys directly

Thanks a. I have noticed the site you provided. I thought it is a neat thing to put that database into biomaRt, which is the R-interface of biomart.

Hi,
the existing site should be sufficient for you to point your biomaRt there (instead of www.biomart.org) and try to interrogate it.
