gbrowse_create_useraccount_db.pl

Greetings;
I am following the install procedure for Gbrowse 2.0 at (
http://gmod.org/wiki/GBrowse_2.0_Install_HOWTO/Advanced ). For the
section "Creating and configuring the user account database" I am
unable to find the script gbrowse_create_useraccount_db.pl. I didn't
see any other posting about this so I probably just didn't understand
clue about where to look.

I haven't tested it much but the gbrowse_metadb_config.pl script appears to
have created the tables that were needed.
