Hi!
Which glyph is "ideal" for showing the repeat elements of tandem or direct repeats?
I thought of segments glyph which is able to show the sequence (at certain zoom level). Then the repeat elements (or element sequences) could be drawn with alternating colors. But this requires extending the glyph.
But maybe there is a better glyph/way?
