gmod-chado.conf security issue

Olivier Sallou
Hi,
I have a security concern with chado on Debian.

Chado uses the file gmod-chado.conf which contains Postgresql database
access credentials.
When hosted on a server (and not on single user computer), this is an
issue because file is readable by anyone.

Should file  be restricted to root access and user, when using Chado
perl libraries, specify his own config ? (read only or read write
according to his access rights an admin would give him)

Thanks

Olivier
