issue with GC content

Joelle Amselem
Hi all,

I'm using GBrowse 1.70 and
GC content track is always displayed even if I uncheck the box

Here is my track configuration:

[contig_GC]
feature      = supercontig
global feature = 1
glyph        = dna
do_gc        = 1
gc_window    = auto
Linewidth    = 1
bgcolor      = red
fgcolor      = red
height       = 60
label        = 0
key          = DNA/GC_content
#strand         = both
category      = Analysis
description   = 0

any one can help me?
Thanks in advance
Joelle

Hi,

I know this is way too obvious and you have probably done it, but...
have you pressed the "Update Image" button after unchecking the GC box?

I have also sometimes seen that even after pressing the "update image",
some things do not change. They would only change after moving to
another part of the sequence (therefore completely remaking the image).
I don't know if this is Firefox's fault or something else, but there you go.

I hope this helps.

Cheers
J

Re: issue with GC content

Joelle Amselem
Hi,

Yes I updated the image without success ,
it's weird because it works if I comment the line (supercontig are my reference feature type)
#feature      = supercontig
